I’ve know Jodie since highschool. We had a lot of the same classes and both played in concert band. We’ve seen each other here and there over the years but it had been a while. I was so excited when she stopped by my studio to tell me she was engaged! I had the pleasure of meeting up with her and Shane in Bayfield a few weekends back for an engagement session. Here are a few of my favourites from our time together.

When I was a kid I had big cardboard “countdown calendars” that drove my older brother Kevin CRAZY…. but in light of the fact that even if I make one, he won’t likely see it – I’ve decided instead to opt for a different kind of count down calendar… everyday from now until Christmas I’m going to blog….. about what… I haven’t entirely decided. I have a ton of shoots from this fall that I still need to post so that will be a good start. I’ll be sure to throw in some random personal stuff as well… and here’s the deal… as well as blogging everyday, I’m going to donate a can to the local food bank for every comment left on my blog between now and Christmas so comment away folks!
