To say the day was perfect would be a lie. You see Caylan had been planning and hoping for an outdoor ceremony in Hessenland’s beautiful gardens for over a year. Last week her facebook status was very clear ”I don’t care if they say about rain being good luck – if it rains on Saturday I will be deeply disappointed” – and needless to say rain it did. When I arrived to see Caylan get ready there were a few tears. We did manage to get outside and take some portraits of her and the girls. While we were out on the lawn her mood seemed to visibly change as she came to the certain truth that whether the day was “perfect” or not the man she was about to marry was and really, that’s all that mattered. The rain started just as the ceremony was about to begin so we moved in doors in to the cozy and inviting coach house. The ceremony was really beautiful and you could tell the Jason & Caylan had put a lot of thought into it. Soon after the ceremony was finished, the clouds parted and we ventured outside once again for photos. I think all in all, even though their wedding day wasn’t maybe exactly like they dreamed it would be the love they share and the family and friends they had around them to celebrate with made their day wonderful just the same! Hi there – MOTB here. I have visited the site several times since the wedding – and looking at it again today – I am still smiling and filled with emotion and thanks for a wonderful wedding day. Absolutely amazing. Would never guess that the day was led by bad weather. Caylan was always the Bride that saw the best in everything…so it is no surprise that she carried that through that day. You looked amazing Caylan! Completely original! As for you Sandra…well done. Great moments captured by you.

Of course our couple definitely looked beautiful which always adds to the ambiance!
